A chain of small pizzerias spread around Delhi and Gurgaon designed in accordance with the prominent brand identity. The average restaurant area is about 40 square meters and the latest largest addition being 62 square meters with a mezzanine floor. The logo was designed to reflect the authenticity of the pizzas served at the chain. The Manhattan skyline has also been incorporated into the decor to allude to the heritage of the ‘New York Slice’. These tiny spaces have been designed to optimise seating capacity. The main colours used are shades of orange, red and yellow keeping in mind the logo. Design elements like slice shaped back rests and New York street signs on brick walls have been utilised.
